Ironing · 23 years old

More than a job.

Bapon is 23. Around the factory, he’s famous: not just for his bike and hairstyle, but for his speed and skill at the ironing table.

There are very few people who can iron as fast and as neatly as Bapon. He can beat any machine, any AI, when it comes to speed and quality.

Two years ago, he lost his father. His mother is unwell, and now Bapon carries the responsibility of his family. He still shows up every day with a smile, works with full energy and never complains.

For Bapon, this is more than a job. It’s his way of supporting his mother, his home and his future.

Jahir

Cutting master

Knows everything.

Ask Jahir about politics, he has an opinion. Ask him about Pujo, he has stories. Beleghata, Belgium, cricket, fuel prices, fabric rates: there is nothing Jahir doesn’t talk about.

But give him a photograph of a garment, and everything changes.

Jahir can look at a photo and turn it into a pattern. He understands the design, figures out the construction, and prepares a sample without unnecessary explanation. There are very few cutting masters as sharp as Jahir.

Cutting is not just about scissors and fabric. It’s about experience, precision and the ability to see the final garment before it even exists. That’s where Jahir shines.

Of course, sometimes Jahir becomes Psyduck. He grabs his head, overwhelmed by the world: production pressure, fabric prices, politics, Pujo, or maybe just life. In those moments, he doesn’t want to work.

But give him a little time, and he’s back. The fabric is cut, the pattern is ready, and the work moves forward.

At Penspecs, meet Rahamatulla Gaji: our lock machine expert and our untagged HR.

Quiet, soft-spoken, and always focused, Rahamatulla’s stitching is neat, clean and fast. His lines are sharp, his finishing is consistent, and his speed is something many of us still admire.

Once, while working, he was stung by five wasps. Five! Most of us would have stopped, panicked or gone home. But after a quick first aid, Rahamatulla sat back at the machine, adjusted the fabric, and continued working. That’s the kind of dedication he has.

Ask him for people, and he knows everyone. Need one new worker? Ask Rahamatulla. Need ten workers? Ask Rahamatulla. Need a hundred workers? Give him a day. He will arrange it. He knows people from every corner of the garment industry. In many ways, he is our untagged HR: no designation, no office, but a network that actually works.
